Psychological Assessments

Diagnostic Assessment 

It takes up to 3 hours and involves a detailed personal history questionnaire, checklists and a psychometric tests, including the WAIS-IV, (a closed test only available to chartered psychologists).  


Workplace Assessment 

It takes up to 4 hours, and identifies how a neurodiverse employee can be supported with Reasonable Adjustments.  It involves:


  1. In-depth interviewing with the employee and their line manager.
  2. Examination of relevant documentation, e.g. appraisal forms, 
  3. Observations of the work environment.


Reports of the assessment are normally available within 10 working days.

Neurodiversity Awareness Training for Employers

This is a half-day training for Line Managers, HR professionals and Trainers, and is designed to:


  • help you recognise dyslexia and other neurodiverse conditions.
  • understand how employees with neurodiverse conditions can be supported and developed.
  • identify practical and realistic strategies for making your workplace dyslexia friendly.

Coaching Remedies for Dyslexics.

We offer a range of specialised  coaching programmes to help people with neurodiverse conditions like dyslexia to be more effective in their working and/or personal lives.


Sessions are structured to meet your individual needs and circumstances and can be delivered face-to-face or remotely, e.g by skpe.  This coaching can improve your:
