This is the course for you if you are looking for an explanation of what mindfulness is, as well as an opportunity to experience it and guidance on how to develop your own personal mindfulness practice.
The course involves three 2-hour sessions, which can be delivered as a 1-2-1 coaching programme or in a small group setting.
The programme facilitator is a HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist and a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher.

This 6-week training course is intended for people who have little or no experience of yoga and/or mindfulness and would like to learn both of these closely-related practices.
The course introduces basic hatha yoga postures, yogic breathing, mediation and mindfulness
These on-going classes combine hatha yoga postures, yogic breathing, mediation and mindfulness.
In these classes you will have the opportunity to practice each of the four activities (postures, breathing, meditation and mindfulness) individually and you will also learn how to integrate them into a smooth, energy-generating personal practice.
