Designed for professionals with dyslexia and other neurodiverse conditions, we provide specialised cognitive skills coaching programmes that focus on developing memory, verbal communication, and thinking skills.
We also provide psychological coaching to address the secondary issues related to neurodiverse disabilities, including: low confidence and self esteem, stress, poorly developed social skills, and imposter syndrome.
Coaching programmes can be delivered to individuals and can also be arranged in-house, e.g. as part of reasonable adjustments.

This workshop is designed to help you develop powerful memory skills and overcome the key dyslexic weakness of poor short term memory.
You will be given guidance on how to use your memory in a particular way so that information is made easier to understand and recall.
Equally appropriate for students who want to improve their learning skills and people seeking to improve their personal effectiveness or work efficiency, this workshop provides an opportunity to understand, and reframe, dyslexia as an information processing issue that can be resolved by changing the way you process information.
Workshops can be delivered in-house by arrangement and are also provided as public events (dates of next workshops)

The programme presents a well established 5-value model of intercultural sensitivity that highlights the implicit cultural rules that guide and determine people's behaviour.
The programme involves group discussions and activities that promote an understanding of how the 5-value model can be employed to build bridges across cultural divides and promote greater harmony in workplaces where different cultures are interacting.
