Designed for Managers, Supervisors, HR professionals and  Diversity & Inclusion specialists, this workshop provides practical guidance on how to recognise dyslexia and other neuro-diverse conditions, and how to support disabled employees so they can realise their full potential. 


The workshop objectives are to:

  • provide a clear explanation of dyslexia and neuro-diversity
  • outline how hidden disabilities determine employee behaviour
  • identify what can be done by the employee and the employer to ensure both sides benefit


The workshop examines:

  • Definitions of dyslexia for the workplace
  • Typical strengths and weaknesses of dyslexic employees
  • Gender differences
  • The Equality Act (2010) & Reasonable Adjustments.
  • Barriers to employee disclosure of dyslexia
  • Dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD & Asperger Syndrome: the broad perspective of neuro-diversity.
  • Neuro-diversity & Inclusivity.


Workshop Details

We run 'open courses', which take place at the BPS training rooms in the City of London (nearest tube/rail stations are Old Street and Moorgate), and 'onsite courses', where we bring the training to you.

Memory improvement workshop for adult dyslexics

This intensive training workshop is designed for dyslexics and focuses on strategies for developing powerful memory and verbal communication skills.  


The objective of this workshop is to provide practical advice and guidance on how to combat the memory and information processing difficulties that characterise dyslexia.


The workshop is suitable for you if you  are dyslexic and want to improve your memory functioning and verbal communication, as well as your learning ability, personal effectiveness and/or work productivity.
