This process takes between 2 and 3 hours and involves completion of a detailed personal history questionnaire, checklists and a number of psychometric tests, including the WAIS-IV, which is a powerful battery of tests only available to chartered psychologists.
This process, which takes about 3 to 4 hours, focuses on identifying how a neurodiverse employee can be supported in the workplace, i.e. the objective is to identify a schedule of recommendations for Reasonable Adjustments.
Workplace assessment typically involves:
1. In-depth interviewing with the neurodiverse employee and their line manager.
2. Examination of relevant documentation, e.g. appraisal forms,
3. Observations of the employees' work environment.
Reports of assessment are normally available within 10 working days.
